it2 tmux attach - Attach to tmux session
it2 tmux detach - Detach from tmux session
it2 tmux list-clients - List tmux clients
it2 tmux list-connections - List all tmux connections
it2 tmux list-windows - List tmux windows
it2 tmux send - Send command to tmux

Options inherited from parent commands

--format (default "text"): Output format (text, json, yaml) - affects how command results are displayed
--timeout: Timeout for API operations - how long to wait for iTerm2 to respond
--url: WebSocket URL for iTerm2 API - typically ws://localhost:1912 for local iTerm2
